I don't have a Canon anymore, but I shot with the 20D, 40D, and 5D MKIII. They all had WB in the top window. One of the three buttons got you there. The trick was to memorize the icons, so you can pick the right ones quickly.

That is another advantage to a mirrorless camera like the Fuji I shoot with now. I can see the result of a WB change live.
