How My Latest Weight Loss Attempt Almost Failed

I wrote my best-selling article below on how to lose weight. It wasn’t just a bunch of random facts and dietary advice. It was a plan I developed through trial and error. A lot of error. But it worked for me, and based on the feedback, it worked for a lot of other people too. Go ahead, check it out, then come back here.

You may or may not have noticed the date. June 2020. What else was going on in June 2020? That’s right, Covid and the international shut down that followed it. So, in different ways, the plan was both harder and easier to follow than normal times, but follow it, I did. And lost the weight I wanted to, making and maintaining my target weight.

Then, the shut down ended. Travel and eating out became a thing again. And if you follow any of my travel or photography blogs, you know that my preferred method of travel is cruising.

On cruise ships.
