As a stock photographer myself, I found this to be a fascinating and enlightening read. While people make up a small percentage of my portfolio, I do recognize the value of diversity in my images.

On a personal level, when I do photograph people, I prefer people of color simply because, for me, they are easier to shoot. The tonality of their skin is more natural to light and expose for, but that’s just my personal taste.
